Default Address / water marks help asap

HI every one Im hoping some one can help me here.

Address problem:

Is the any way I can save address in word so I dont have to type them in all the time. ( Not mail merge as I dont use outlook)

Watermark:

Is there any way I can make my own watermark and have it going diagonally in the centre of the page.

Thank you very much for your help

Mark

For the addresses - you could use the 'Auto Correct' feature - add in the addresses and a code that would get replaced. Not sure if this will allow line returns though - If NOT, then I would suggest a program called Short Keys. There is a free lite version. You set an activation sequence, then code for the replacement, then as much text as you wish (I find that if you use Notepad to create the text, you can use tabs and line returns, then copy and paste.). A Good ap, that then can be used in any software.

For the Watermark - make an image, or use Word Art, then paste it into the Header and adjust brightness and Contrast.
