Post Grouping paragraphs

Dear all,

Is there a chance to group paragraphs in Microsoft Word 2010 so that you can open/ close (hide/unhide) them by a simple click (as you can do with grouping rows/columns in tables in MS Excel)...

Thx!

You can accomplish similar by using Heading styles and then going to Outline view. Use the Show Level drop down to show only heading 1 paragraphs, for example.

Another option would be to create separate Styles for the paragraphs that you want to show/hide at the same time. You would add the font (character) formatting of "hidden text" to hide them.

You could also have paired style sets so you could use replace for them. For a power user this is relatively simple but it may be more than you want to undertake.
