I concur with Charles. You will be MUCH better off if you have a deeper grasp of how Word works, both its limitations and its wonderful power. You can do a lot with Word but it is not magic.

Start smallish. Your request (in its entirety) is not trivial. You have not stated what is your experience level. Perhaps a simple userform that inserts ONE chuck of text where you want it as a test. And DO test!!!!

Definitely read the link to using boilerplate, which is what you are asking about.
