Default List in Word 2003

Dear All,
First of all, sorry for my english, I hope you will understand me.
I am looking for an option in MS Word 2003. I need a list with options "1", "2", "3" (could be a Form) and when I choose one of the options, for example "2", at the bottom of the list (or above it) will show up a "description2 description 2 description2" - in a few lines.
I need this to put few different addresses.

See attached.

The document uses a dropdown formfield, coupled with forms protection. Simply select an item from the dropdown then tab out of the formfield. To see how it works, switch off the forms protection, and press Alt-F9 to expose the field codes. To see formfield's configuration, select it, right-click and choose 'Properties'.

Ok, I think I got it. But I don't understand why I need to push TAB after choosing an option to turn it on and show up the description. Anyway, you help me a lot. Thank you very much macropod!

Because it uses Calculate on exit. You need to exit the formfield for it to execute. When you exit the formfield the field that uses the formfield value is calculated.

Sorry guys. I just found new problem... Please check attached (in polish, but I hope you will recognize the view (now it's Office 2007)) - when I choose option 3 from the list, I can work with Forms but I cannot edit the rest of the document (text), but when I choose option 2 from the list, I can add users and edit the text, but Forms doesn't works... Is there any solution for it? To let work the Forms and have a free access to edit the rest of the document?

That's normal. To have editable portions that are not in formfields, you need to use Section breaks around the editable portions and leave those Sections unprotected. The option to choose which Sections to protect is only displayed once you have more than one Section in the document. See attached.
