Template field to insert picture from default location

Hello, I am trying to create a template that would have a field (or something... hyperlink, macro...not sure) that would prompt the user to click on it to insert a picture. For example (click here to insert picture) then it would open to a default folder and the user would select a picture from this folder. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
