I am writing a handbook (as mentioned before)
My idea is to have "directives" displayed in one way, and how to do, in another. That is: this book contain issues that are mandatory as well as i guidelines on how to do it. So the easy way would be to have mandatory-issues in a larger font and in its own paragraph style. But this is not visible enough (?) so now we want to have an icon on the left and also a shaded bakground so the mandatory-issues paragraph really shows You can solve it by inserting the text in tables (Important to leave the headings outside, as I learned in my earlier question) Would you say that is the best solution? Thanks! ![]() /Katarina Ps There are quite a few bulleted lists: will they work OK with two different paragraph styles? Ds |

Found it!
There is actually an option when you define a style to have a shaded back ground. And if you make the style a list style you can include a nice icon of your choice. Great! (couldn't find the paragraph icon though) |
