Microsoft Office 2003 winword.exe Debug Error! abnormal prog

ARGH My Microsoft Word is totally screwed up. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it, uninstalled it, reinstalled it and I still get

Debug Error

abnormal program termiantion

(Press Retry to debug the application)

NOTHING WORKS. I NEED TO DO MY JOB HERE ! ! ! !

PLEASE HELP ME?!?!?!?
