Rude Awakening is on a distinguished road
Default Microsoft Word Clock

Hey Guys

I thought this would have been standard but it isn't.

I am creating a time-sheet and am looking to insert a Quick Parts Clock where employees can choose a time, not necessarily just the current time. It doesn't seem to be available, just as I mentioned to insert the current time.

This functionality is there for choosing dates, where someone can insert a calendar and choose a date to insert.

Anyone any ideas?
Thanks in adv
RA

Word is far from being an ideal application for creating timesheets. Quite apart from the issue of whether there's a clock to use (there isn't), you'll have significant issues to overcome when it comes to tallying the times. Excel is better suited to this by far.

I agree with Paul. I set up a time sheet not long ago, in Excel. It was quick and easy. Doing the same thing in Word would have been difficult if it could be done at all. Excel easily calculates time in hours and minutes. Word does not.
