I am editing a doc that was sent to me. As I was working I had to change a Visio, but when I tried to open the Visio from Word, it said I couldn't. Word didn't respond when I tried to click out of the Visio and just go back into the doc. I also noticed that the ribbon was no longer visible. I saved my changes, closed the doc and re-opened it. I still can't get the ribbon back.



Does anyone have an idea of how to get the ribbon back in that doc??
