Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.
Im in need of help. I had basic word downloaded on my pc so I could use basic word but nothing else so I decided to buy a product key. I entered this key number following all instructions.
When done it told me I had a click to run error, I had a little look around the internet google world for answers, didnt understand most of what had been said.
One guy suggested un installing and re installing.


So I un installed and now I cannot even get it load back on my pc.
Please forgive my ignorance in this, I know how a pc works but as for the ins and outs not so good.

Can any one help or point me in the right direction ?
