I am working in Word 2007, but the end users will use word 2000.

Currently my document has many form fields, is there a way to automatically have one of those fields populate part of the file name when it is saved?

ie if they enter Name: John Smith, then the file name automatically becomes XXX. John Smith?

If this is not possible, is there a way limit the save options, so when the end users do save the doc, they are forced to rename it (every time)?

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
