Default Building blocks show correctly in dropdown, but wrong building block populates in doc

I am having a very unusual problem. The building blocks in my custom galleries look fine in the dropdown section of Word. However, sometimes when I select an inidividual building block, the wrong one (usually the building block right next to the one that I want) is populated in the document.

I've attached a picture to make this a bit clearer. Say, for example, I want to use the "Flip Book" building block. It shows in the customer gallery correctly, but when I go to select it "Compare" will show up in my document.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
