Instructions
Please provide a little bit fuller description of what it is you wish to do. Are you trying to remove unwanted formatting from existing text, change a style, change the default formatting of text?

Yes, this is what I want to remove.

So which? Let's assume "remove unwanted formatted". But what does that mean? What makes it unwanted? How is this defined? Are you using styles? If not, the easiest answer is...start using styles. Word is designed around them for a reason. It makes formatting EASY.
So. If you are using styles, simply switch to a different one. If you are not, then again, more information is needed. |

What is "this?"
You can remove all non-paragraph-style based formatting by selecting a paragraph and pressing Ctrl-Q and Ctrl-Spacebar. I agree that you would want to use Styles for formatting to maintain consistent formatting throughout (or between) documents. |
