Problemas with Forms

Hello,

I did an application form in word, then I sent it but for some reason people that had Apple could not fill in the form, nor they could see the different options for a couple of questions.

Thus someone know how could this problem be solved? Thanks in advance.

Word for MAC is a different product which is why you are having issues.
