How do you make the cursor stay put when you switch between final & revision views?

Word didn't use to move the cursor around when I switch the revision view from mark-up to final or vice versa. I must have changed an option unwittingly, but I can't find which one. I have no idea why anyone would want their insertion point to jump around by simply switching the revision view. If anything, people would usually want to see what changes have been made around the CURRENT insertion point. Word, please act intuitively...
