Double Line Spacing in Word 2010 address merge
I am using Word 2010. I’m trying to use letter merge with names and addresses that are in an excel spreadsheet. When they merge there is double spacing between the lines and I would like to delete the double spacing. This also happens with the envelope addressing and I would like to have this double spacing removed as well. Is there an option that I have missed for this?
