Hi - new member here, and I am hoping someone can help with issues I am having with Word 2013.
I primarily use Word to deliver my math lectures using a Bamboo Fun tablet. I have used Word 2003 and 2010 for years to do this. Word 2010 had some issues with the pen; solved that by simply saving documents in the old 97-2003 format. Found I had to do the same with 2013. However, I have been getting some error messages when saving (something about not being able to save in the current file format) and realized today that my 47 page document had been reduced in size to 11 pages. (fortunately I have a backup). I think the issue has something to do with the inked annotations I keep adding every day that I lecture. Eventually, every page of the document will have some inking on it. Word 2010 handled this fine - for some reason 2013 is choking. Does anyone have any idea what might be going wrong? I am real close to scrapping 2013 and going back to 2010. That's not going to solve all my problems, because the documents that had previously been inked and saved in 2013 as "97-2003" do NOT open correctly in 2010. Thanks in advance if anyone can help out here. |
