I am trying to put together a form in word so my shipping department can just tab thru and enter the information that is needed. I can lock it on my end, but when i email the attachment to them, it doesn't stay locked. I need them to have the locked copy. I am using a word document with Legacy controls,( they are using office 2003). Is that correct. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated jknyc |

You can click the Office Button, Prepare, Mark as Final. Then the Word document cannot be modified.
