Comments and track changes
If I want to share a document after several drafts where there have been comments and changes, how can I send it so the comments and changes cannot be opened by the new recipient. |

With 2007, go to Review > Tracking > Drop-Down ABOVE "Show Markup" and select "Final"

Yes. I know that but if I want to email the file rather than print it and don't want the recipient to be able to see the changes and comments, is there a way to get rid of them from the file completely?
