Default Find - Replace Macro using a table list

Brand new to forums so please bear with:

I know this has to have been addressed somewhere but can’t find out where.

I have a hundred or so words to replace in multiple documents. Rather than make a hundred find and replaces with the record new macro, I've heard there is a way to make a find and replace macro that will utilize a two-column Word table to find words listed in column 1 and replace with word in column 2.

I’m using Word 2003 on Vista and I do not know VBA but once I make macros with the record macro feature I can then do simple edits if I get some code help.

Thanks for any help
