Question Word Crashes in HP Printer Properties

Hi Guys

I have a hp printer, and when i click file print, i can print fine.

but if i wish to access the printer properties from the print dialog box, ms word crashes and closes down, saving the document as a draft.

Any ideas why it would do this

thanks

Do you see the same problem if you access the print options from another application?
