I am creating a training manual/job aid that is a series of numbered paragraphs. I want each paragraph to be indented from the number and single spaced. Then, I want the document triple spaced between the paragraphs? How do I set up this style??
Example:
I want to be able to maintain the numbering trend, but I'm finding it difficult to get the triple spaces between the paragraphs. This editor won't let me do the example right either. The bullets above should be a numbered list. Thanks for any help you can provide! Rita Brasher Project Engineer FedEx Express |

In the Modify Style dialog box, click the Format drop down, and then click Paragraph. Specify a value, in points, for "Spacing before" (or "Spacing after"). You may have to experiment a little to find the appropriate amount of spacing, but for 12 point type, 36 points might be suitable. Also, clear the "Don't add space between paragraphs of the same style" option. Click OK twice.
