insert video into word doc
Hi - i'm writing a report at the moment and have a couple of videos I wanted to drop in.
The format is MP4 - I can drag and drop into word (I'm using word 2010 on a mac) but the sizing get's kind of screwed - would be nice if it automatically went in with the ratios in tact (rather than forcing it into a square) Once i've finished the report ill then want to convert it into a PDF and I'll make two versions (text and media) The little icon that displays when the videos not playing - the little blue speaker - looks kind of tacky. Is there a way to change this? cheers! |

Try creating a Table first (say two wide, by two high), and drop the videos, one into each table square, then re-size, to suit.

I know of no way to put a live media file into a 2010 file, but I'm not using the Mac version. I understand that 2013 allows live video but have not experimented.
You might want to check on the Word for Mac forum. |
