No.
Not without an understanding of the structure of the document. Word, itself, does not really understand the concept of a page. Pages in Word are an artifact of formatting for a particular printer driver. Are there section break(s) contained within the page? Preceding it? What is on the page just before the one you want to delete? A table? Are you trying to do this manually or using programming (vba)? |

As Charles Kenyon points out, Word doesn't really think in pages. Until someone comes up with a more sophisticated answer, remember the two easy "block select" options:
