need an arbitrary field code
all,
I am inserting fields manually in a document as placeholders for data being thrown to them through VBA. My question is, which field code can/should I use for this purpose? Does it really matter? According to this, it seems as though it does: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/wo...010100426.aspx I can't mail merge the data coming from Excel because I have to create one word document at a time. Does anyone have ideas on this? any comments welcome. thanks. |

For a discussion of possible ways to repeat data, see http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/repeating_data.html.
