Default Hidden Fonts Still Show in Office Dropdown Font Menus

I only use installable and editable fonts. The others are simply not worth the problems they eventually cause. Therefore in Windows 8 I hid all fonts that were not installable or editable. That was easy and seemed to work fine. The offending fonts now show as hidden.

The problem is, those hidden fonts still show up in Office 365 font dropdown menus. Interestingly, however, they don't show up in WordPad's font dropdown menu.

This affects Excel as well. Is there a way to ensure these fonts do not show up in the dropdown menu?
