Default Using both rich and plain content controls in one document

I am creating several templates for a group of hydrogeologists. To ensure consistency within the documents corporate wide, I have created a template which uses Plain Text Content Controls for items such as Project Number, Customer Address, etc. The user can tab through these fields easily. However, for the body of the document, I need to use Rich Text Content Control so they can enter a large amount of information including text, bullets, etc. I am trying to figure out a way for users to tab through the document when they have completed the body of text (i.e., tabbing from "Topic of Letter" which is a Plain Text Content Control field to the body of the document to complete the information there, then tab to the next Plain Text Content Control field).

I suspect I will have to create a macro to accomplish this, but I am hoping there is an easier way.

Thank you!

Erica

While I'm at it, I want the text within the Rich Text bounding box to disappear when the user starts typing there (right now I have instructions and samples of bullets in paragraph format), but I do not want to lose the Content Control. Is there a way to do this?
