Copy the contents of the two cells (individually) to another blank document.
Delete the entire row. Insert a new row with two cells. Reinsert the cut contents. Add your needed lines. Don't know what was happening, but that fixed it. Also - To my mind, it would be quicker and neater if you just did without the table and used tabs instead - MUCH neater than using the space bar to align! Having said that - if you take the contents of the cell and paste them into a blank document, you can align them with tabs, and then paste them into the cell, too. Both methods will help with any alignment issues! And Finally - if you need to do this with lots of documents, I'd suggest that you look into InfoPath - It's one of the MS Office programs, and it is for creating and filling forms! |
