Ulodesk is on a distinguished road
Default Settings

Your computer probably came with a rescue partition and a program that will take the computer as a whole back to factory spec, but that will also wipe out your data and any additional applications you have installed; you would have to reinstall them and replace files from back-up. You might check with Lenovo service first, and see what they have to offer. I am assuming your MS Word came already loaded on the computer. It's possible that with a key, you can reload Word and start again without touching anything else.
