Default Any ability or plugins to have screen pops capture info to paste into a template?

Hi everyone,

I have a template in Word that has fields like customer name, customer address, customer first name etc, and it's basically a quote/letter so "Dear FirstName, your total price is XYZ price" etc.

Right now I just overwrite each field when I want to make a new quote. I guess this is sort of like mail merge I'm looking for but it's not for mass customers. I'm wondering if there's any way or any plug in that would pop up a screen that almost steps you though filling in the values, like the first pop up says "Customer First Name" and then "Customer Full Name", "Customer address" etc and you fill it in press enter and then when all are filled in, it adds them all to the Word document in the spaces mentioned. Is that possible with Word 2013 or with some sort of plug in for word? Thanks!
