word 2003 no dictionary?
i used to have dictionary feature online for the pervious pc with windows 7. but the hard drive went bad so i got a new pc with windows 8.
i'm not sure what configuration i did before to get dictionary feature online. anyone know what you need to do to turn on dictionary feature in words 2003 for windows 8? thanks.

For Office 2003, you should be able to start Setup (from Control Panel) and install the proofing tools.

nevermind, i found a somewhat obvious solution. just need an update/reinstall and took the 2nd time.

Running setup, without uninstalling, would suffice. Look for an item called proofing tools. (I haven't used Office 2003 in a while; otherwise I would be more specific of course.)
