Default Multiple Headers

I have succumbed and started using Office after years with another package.

Can someone point me in the direction as to how to insert multiple neaders and footers in a Word document.

I have wrestled with the help section for the better parrt of an hour. It appears you have to use section breaks but when I do, they don't seem to work.

You also have to break the link between the sections - see here for a video on how to insert Sections and numbers - the break point is about 2:20 (ish) into the video!
