You did not apparently know that the "create a bookmark" (as a menu item) was a macro. You were stating that it was a "feature" of Word, and macropod was (correctly) replying that it is NOT a feature of Word. It is a created FUNCTION someone made, that has nothing to do with older or newer (or any) versions.

? Hardly. It was a macro that was the issue...and a macro is used to solve it.
