How do I get an image to print in the center of custom paper?
OK, been driving myself bonkers all morning. I want to print an image on a plain white 12" x 6" paper bag, but no matter what I do the image will not center itself when it prints. Sure, the print preview shows the image right smack in the middle of my 12x6 paper that I customized Word to recognize, but the image simply will not print in the center the paper bag no matter what I do. Does anyone know how to do this?!? And also, why, oh why on Earth does "Print Preview" show the image dead center if it's not going to print dead center. This is extremely frustrating. PLDD |

Are you using 12" x 6" paper in the printer? If so, the issue may be due to a limitation with your printer driver - some don't handle custom paper sizes very well. In that case, check the maker's website for an updated driver - or fiddle around with the positioning in Word till you get it right (shouldn't require anything more complicated than measuring the printed positioning and offsetting the Word positioning by however much that's out of whack).
