Word 2010 Text Form Field Option

Greetings!

I am preparing a table document that is a "re-write" of a Word 2003 (yes it's true) version of the document.

I have followed the instructions for installing Legacy Tools but do not find the Text Form Field as an option.

HELP!!!

Go to Developer>Controls>Legacy Tools>Legacy Forms. The text formfield is the one on the left.
