Title Numbering, and Formatting Help Needed

OK, so I have a project for tomorrow.

I would love someone to be able to give me step by step instructions on how to do the following, because I have no idea....



- I need all the first five pages, apart from the front page to be numbered in roman numberals. The page following the front page will be II.

- From page six. This will be Chapter 1 starts. It will be numbered 1, and there must be decimal numbering.

- Chapter, section and sub-sections are numbered as in the following outline example:
Chapter 2
Section 2.1
Section 2.2
Subsection 2.2.1
Subsection 2.2.2
Section 2.3
