Microsoft word table export ? -need help-

i have a very long word document that looks like this:

is there is a way to make Mword export all the tables to multiple text or word file ?

i mean to auto save every table to a text or a word file ? could it be done automatically ?

btw , i don't care about the table itself i only need the writings inside it

Hi
If I understand you correctly is it not just a case of converting your table to text:

Place cursor over the table.
Right click and click on Select followed by Table.
Click on the Layout Tab on the Toolbar.
Click on Convert to Text and follow the instructions.

If all you need is the unformatted text, why not save the whole document as .txt?
