Exclamation Image with low quality when I insert in Word

When I paste a image into my Microsoft Word 2010 the image lost quality, it get a low quality.



How I do for to stay best quality all images I insert in my Microsoft Word 2010?

Default

Go to File|Options|Advanced>Image size and quality. Set the target output to 220dpi (the maximum supported) and check the 'do not compress images' option.

PS: Do this before saving the file.
