How to numbrize Automatically Questions in a doc

Hi there my friends , brothers and sisters :

I have a document which is around 100 pages , It have a lot of Questions and answers , and they r written like below :

Question: ........................

Answer: .......................

Now I want to numbrize and numerate these questions (only questions not answers) Automatically like that - exactly - :

Question: (1) ........................
Answer: .......................
Question: (2) ........................
Answer: .......................
Question: (3) ........................
Answer: .......................
and more....

One thing to remember is this :
If I remove a Question and answer after that they become numbered so I should have a chance to update the numbering again , because with out update it is not useful as U know .
