Default How do I make this document a user friendly


I need to make this document user friendly, adding text, comments adding a tick mark in the columns.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Hi Kenny,

That document will require a lot of work.

For starters, you have words with no spaces between them, 'tables' that are nothing more than text with lines around them and 'checkboxes' that are just fancy characters. You'd probably be better off recreating it as a proper form from scratch. That may sound harsh, but sometimes it really is easier that way.
