I think Word 2010 has become so complicated to use with all the options that I can no longer intuitively do simple tasks.
I have a contract where I have set line spacing at 1. This produces single spacing if I just type and the program goes to a next line automatically. However, when I hit “Enter” to move down a line the spacing is still too wide. It looks like it is going down 1.5 or 2 lines. What do I have to do to make the whole document single spacing? I think I have tried everything. I have selected all and chosen single spacing for the entire document, but no matter what I do some paragraphs have bigger line spacing than others. I just want to have single space throughout the document. I went to styles and changed to no paragraph spacing, but nothing helps. |
