Default Locking an image page

Hello!

I am almost sure this has been answered somewhere - but I can't seem to nail down any search terms.

I am trying to insert a full-page image into my PhD thesis, but I'm constantly making revisions to the text before it. I would like it so that if I was to include a paragraph before the image, the paragraph would flow onto the page after the image (i.e. the image would stay 'locked' in position).

But it also gets slightly more complicated, because I need to change the margins for the specific page the image is on. Without changing the others. In the past, I did something similar using a section break. But I can't seem to manage to do the two things together.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Ben

In a development to this, I sort of got around the issue (for now) by 'wrapping text', but it goes very very messy if I don't recalibrate the picture every time I edit the text...
