Default Print Layout View Differs from Print Preview & Printed Document

Does anyone know why the print layout view is different from the print preview & the actual print out of the attached document? It appears that the print preview & printer are not acknowledging the returns.

The simple answer is that your paragraph breaks have been formatted as hidden text.

Press Ctrl-A, then open the font dialogue and make sure the 'hidden' option is unchecked (ie neither checked nor shaded).
