Default How to accept changes in redlining feature

Hello,
I hired a proofreader to read my article and sent it in word 2007. She returned to me with redlining feature.

1-How can I accept all the changes she did? Is there a shortcut that will accept all changes at once for instance by deleting what she deleted and adding what she added?

2-or i have to do mannually one by one? if so should i turn off redlining feature first and then do it or how is the best way to do it?

3-also where or how do you turn on and off redlining feature?

Don't know about 2007, but 2010 groups all the track changes options and commands under the Review tab. Once you've checked the corrections, there is indeed an Accept all changes option.
