Hello,
I hired a proofreader to read my article and sent it in word 2007. She returned to me with redlining feature. 1-How can I accept all the changes she did? Is there a shortcut that will accept all changes at once for instance by deleting what she deleted and adding what she added? 2-or i have to do mannually one by one? if so should i turn off redlining feature first and then do it or how is the best way to do it? 3-also where or how do you turn on and off redlining feature? |

Don't know about 2007, but 2010 groups all the track changes options and commands under the Review tab. Once you've checked the corrections, there is indeed an Accept all changes option.
