Word 2010 changes hyperlinks format
Hi When I copy & paste a hyperlink into Word, rather than show it as www.domain.co.uk it changes to { HYPERLINK "www.domain.co.uk/" }. How can I undo this? |

Click File tab | Options | Display. Clear the "Hidden text" option under "Always show these formatting marks on the screen." Also clear "Show all formatting marks" if it is selected.

Neither "hidden text" nor "show all formatting marks" was ticked -- so I still have the problem, unfortunately

Hi Jeepster,
You have Word's field code display toggled 'on'. Pressing Alt-F9 toggles it on/off.

Sorry, HYPERLINK fields are not formatted as hidden. My mistake.
