Advanced Autofill question
Dear All,
I am new to the forum and apologies if this is a simple question. I am trying to produce a multi-page document that I intend to use as a form. Certain fields I will be required to fill as mandatory and these fields will be the same on multiple pages ie. Each page will require: name, date, reference number at the top. The bottom will need a space to fill in my name on each page and signature. The content in the bulk of the document will vary. The question I have is whether there is a function on Word 2003 whereby I can type in my name once and the programme will then autofill my name where ever the word "name" appears on all the other pages. Any help regarding this would be most appreciated as this would save masses of time for me! Regards Sepoy |
