how do i tweak the search function in word2013 such that it searches for all BOLD text, change its color, then unbold it?
i.e. from test to test |

By clicking the 'More' button, then setting the desired formats for both the Find and Replace text.

Hi,
but i can't leave the text field blank (i also tried ticking wildcard search, but it doesn't allow me to search anything unless it's filled). to reiterate, i want to search for ALL text that is bold, then unbold+change font color to the bolded text. |

Ah, but you can. And, with a wildcard search, you could use an asterisk (*) for the Find expression and ^& as the Replace expression.
