TOC formatting
How do I automatically indent a TOC? I would like to see the following:
Heading 1 heading 2Heading 1heading 3 On table of contents I have selected automatic table 1 which shows indents but the result has the left hand margin aligned for all three levels of heading. Am I doing something stupid? Regards John May
