page count increases on its own -inserts white pages
Hello,
so I have a fairly large word document I am working on (12mb) and today when I opened it and tried to modify a figure, the page count started to increase on its own (and no, I was not pressing the "enter" button) and it won't stop. It literally got to 12000 before Word crashed. It looks like it is just inserting blank pages in the middle of the document for no reason. I restarted my computer and now I cannot even open the document without it doing this. All other documents are fine. Any thoughts? |

The symptoms suggest a damaged document. Have you tried Open and Repair?
